The USA Nursery takes every precaution possible to make sure you receive your plants healthy and ready for planting. Unfortunately, there are occasions where packages get lost or has an extended shipping duration. Usually in fall or winter when plants are dormant you should check the bark on the plant to verify it is green. Simply scrape the bark and visually examine.

Our First Promise
When you receive your order, if there are any plants in bad condition, you must call us immediately and we will replace the plants absolutely FREE upon completion of our Return Authorization WITH THE RETURN OF THE ENTIRE PLANT BY PARCEL POST ONLY – FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING at our expense.

Our Second Promise
Due to the natural character of plants and trees, which sometimes fail to live for no particular reason, we offer free replacements according to our First Promise. We do not offer refunds. If, by mere chance, any plant fails to live for up to twelve months after delivery, simply RETURN THE ENTIRE PLANT BY PARCEL POST ONLY – FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING, at our expense and will replace it absolutely FREE. Please call for shipping instructions and to let us know when you wish to receive your free replacement in our NEXT SHIPPING SEASON.

Our Third Promise
If by mere chance any plant or tree, due to an error on our part, turns out to be the wrong item or color from that ordered, you may RETURN THE ENTIRE PLANT OR TREE to us BY PARCEL POST ONLY – FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING at our expense for a free replacement within 30 days after discovery of the error. Please call for instructions.

Our Fourth Promise
We guarantee our prices to be the lowest available in the USA. If you find any price lower than ours – SAME SIZE AND VARIETY – after making a purchase from us of the identical item(s) – we will refund the difference plus 50% of the difference. Please send proof of the lower price. We will mail your check within 48 hours of receipt of the lower price
